From the many great artists connected to the French Riviera, we've chosen two iconic names — Jean Cocteau and Marc Chagall.
Stay at the elegant La Réserve de Beaulieu, nestled in a unique natural landscape. Here, we'll immerse ourselves in beauty — discussing art and life, watching films related to our theme, and unwinding after long walks. Our guide, who has called the Côte d'Azur a second home for over 20 years, will lead you to hidden gems and open doors that remain closed to most.

Day 1
City tour through iconic lives. Visit the Chagall Museum.
In the first half of the day, enjoy a guided tour titled "Nice in Faces: The City's History Through Its People." Discover the stories of Napoleon I and III, Masséna and his descendants, Gambetta and Negresco, the Herzen and Romanov families.
After lunch, visit Marc Chagall's "Biblical Message" Museum — an extraordinary place filled with the immense talent of an artist beloved across continents, and a profound spiritual feeling that touches even atheists.
Prepare the postal addresses of your loved ones — we will purchase postcards featuring Chagall's artworks and send them out together in the evening.
Day 2
Matisse chapel, Maeght Foundation, lunch in Saint-Paul, Chagall's grave. Evening Cocteau film.
Morning visit to a small church in the nearby town of Vence — its decoration was the final work of Henri Matisse.
Next, explore the Maeght Foundation Museum, often called the "Louvre of the French Riviera." The collection features works by Giacometti, Picasso, Braque, Chagall, and others. Joan Miró created a fantastic labyrinth for the museum grounds.
After lunch at Sous le Tilleul, stroll through the delightful streets of Saint-Paul-de-Vence and visit Marc Chagall's grave. Return to Beaulieu for an evening toast and a Cocteau film screening.
Day 3
Cocteau's chapel in Villefranche. Menton landmarks and poetic corners. Seaside dinner.
Begin in Villefranche-sur-Mer with Cocteau's Chapel of Saint-Pierre — entirely decorated by the artist himself with fishermen, angels and Mediterranean myth.
Continue along the coast to Menton, lemon capital of the Riviera. Walk through pastel old town streets, climb to the cemetery with its sweeping view, and discover Cocteau's landmarks and the museum he designed by the sea.
End the day with a seaside dinner before returning to La Réserve de Beaulieu.
